TL;DR – Non‑account customers pay up front by EFT or card. Approved accounts have 30‑day EOM terms. Deposits may be required for special orders. Prices exclude VAT. Overdue invoices accrue interest at prime plus 2 % and may result in suspension of deliveries. Billing queries should be directed to accounts@hydramatics.co.za.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Pay into the bank account shown on our invoice. We will never ask you to change banking details by email.

• Card Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major cards through Paystack. Hydramatics does not store your card details.

• Mobile Payments: Ozow or SnapScan may be available on request.

• Trade Credit: Approved account customers may pay on 30‑day EOM terms. Applications should be directed to accounts@hydramatics.co.za.

2. Deposits and Special Orders

Custom‑manufactured or special‑order items may require a 50 % deposit at order confirmation. The balance is due before dispatch or collection. Deposit invoices must be paid within 7 days to avoid delays.

3. Currency and Taxes

All invoices are issued in ZAR. Unless stated, prices exclude VAT, customs duties and import/export charges. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate on South African deliveries. You are responsible for any bank fees and duties.

4. Late Payments

• If any invoice is not settled by its due date, all outstanding amounts become immediately due and payable.

• Interest will accrue on overdue amounts at the prime lending rate plus 2 % per annum, calculated daily until payment is received.

• We may suspend deliveries, cancel unfulfilled orders or withdraw credit facilities if accounts are overdue.

• You will be liable for any collection costs, including legal fees on an attorney‑and‑client scale.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, notify accounts@hydramatics.co.za within 7 days of the invoice date, providing details and supporting documentation. Disputed amounts remain payable for undisputed portions while we investigate.
